  - Szklarska Poręba 2022 (on the Polana Jakuszycka Sports Complex). - Parade of national teams.

Saturday - September 3, 2022

• 8:00 - 16:00 - Opening competitors accreditation office – TIC
• 10.00 - Start on the distance - 21.1 km
• 11:00 - Start on the distance - 10 km
• 13:30 – Medals Award Ceremony - distance 10 km
• 14:00 - Medals Award Ceremony - 21,1 km
• 16:00 - Start on the distance - 5 km
• 17:30 - Medals Award Ceremony - distance 5 km

Sunday - September 4, 2022

• 8:00 - 9:30 - Opening competitors accreditation office – TIC
• 10.00 - Relays start - 4 x 5 km (national teams)
• 13:30 - Medals Award Ceremony – relays distance 4x5 km
